Caley Emerson Motorsports | Community Involvement

Racing has always meant more to us than what happens on the track. It is also an opportunity to connect with families, share our passion, and make a positive difference in our community.

The Turtle Derby — Children’s Hospital Fundraiser

Over several years, beginning at least as early as 2017, Caley Emerson Motorsports participated in the Turtle Derby fundraising event at the University of Minnesota Children’s Hospital. We brought race cars to the celebration so children and families could see them up close, sit behind the wheel, ask questions, and discover what dirt track racing is all about.

The event also featured turtle races, games, face painting, and other family activities. We were glad to contribute a little excitement to a day centered on children and their families.

Moments That Matter

Seeing children explore the cars and imagine themselves as drivers reminded us why sharing motorsports with the next generation matters. These experiences are part of our team’s history, and we are proud to have been involved.

More Than Racing

Our goal is to represent our supporters well, both at the racetrack and beyond it. The Turtle Derby is one example of how racing can bring people together and create memories that last far longer than a feature race.

Sometimes the most important smiles in racing happen far away from the racetrack.
